OUR TEAM
AIT Life Safety was founded in 2005 in Orlando, Florida. Early on it was a small family oriented commercial fire alarm contracting company, servicing the Central Florida market with a focus on the Healthcare, Multi family, Hospitality, Educational and Office market construction segments. From its inception, AIT Life Safety has continued to grow and further develop into one of Central Florida’s premier Life Safety contractors.
In order to better manage company growth and position AIT for the future, the ownership direction changed in 2009 and came under the direction of Vince and Leigh Ann Horton. AIT has continued to grow year after year. The company has done so by expanding its capabilities to its customer base. AIT expanded into Fire Sprinkler contracting and added another office location in Clearwater, Florida to service the Tampa / St. Petersburg area.
Even with AIT’s growth, the company continues to remain a family based company. Our foundation is strong and we aim to live out our company mission values day in and day out. AIT Life Safety cares very deeply for its employees and remains diligent in serving all of our customers, suppliers, and facility owners with the utmost professionalism and excellence.
